In sessions of between 8 minutes and 30 minutes, you will learn yoga and meditation techniques that relax you. It is a mixture of movement, stretching, breathing and meditation. There is a strong focus on breathing, as it is considered a tool for releasing anxiety and panic attacks. You will learn various breathing techniques that help to counteract anxiety. You also work on your fitness through the yoga sessions.Who is the course for? The course is aimed at anyone who is currently struggling with anxiety, but also anyone who wants to learn more about the topic. In a world where everything is moving faster and faster, it is important for us all to pause for a moment. This is exactly what I want to share with you through this course.How is the course structured? The 12 sessions alternate. There is a yoga session followed by a meditation session. In the descriptions, you will find the recommended time of day for the sessions and the focus. I recommend that you do a session every other day.Please note: If you are experiencing acute anxiety, you should definitely seek professional help. This course cannot replace it, it can only complement it.
