All my life, I've never been good at love. My wife literally decided out of the blue that she was going to up and leave me, and our two boys. She acted like she was going to the grocery store to grab a few things and never came back. Little did I know, she knew exactly what she was doing, and she had someone on the side. It wasn't long before I got divorce papers in the mail and I signed without a second thought. After all, Eva didn't want me, so why would I want her?

Miranda

I was driving from North Carolina to Idaho to help my sister as she prepared for her baby. Her husband had recently passed and Stephanie was going to need all the extra help she could get. I recently had two losses of my own, so we thought we could be there for each other.

The plan seemed dandy and everything, but as I was on the last leg of the trip I came into some car trouble. Luckily for me, it happened to be in front of a motorcycle club with some decent people who offered to help me out. I knew I was going to have to stay there for a few days. There wasn't any way around it.

What I never expected was to like the President of the motorcycle club. But, I did. He was a decent man, and after a while we began to bond over the crap we'd both been through. But, just as Boone and I began to bond, I came to see firsthand just how dangerous being affiliated with someone in a motorcycle club could be.
